Who We Are

The Mobley-Gentry Firm's principal is Lindsai Gentry. Lindsai was born in Burke County, where she currently resides. Lindsai's husband's name is Jackson, and they have a son, Charlie. Lindsai serves as the Chairwoman of the Downtown Development Authority for Waynesboro. She also heads the United Way of the CSRA's Burke County Campaign, has served as an EBA Board Member, and is a proud Rotarian.

Lindsai holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She also has a Master of Business Administration degree. She is licensed in the state of Georgia as a Certified Public Accountant. Lindsai worked with the Internal Revenue Service in individual taxation before working in public accounting. She worked at a firm in Augusta, Georgia for five years, where she specialized in corporate accounting and taxation, as well as audits of employee benefit plans.

Where We're Going

Lindsai enjoyed her previous work in public accounting. At the same time, larger accounting firms seemed complicated and bureaucratic. In an effort to provide accounting services while maintaining close relationships with clients, she branched out, formally creating her own tax, accounting, and consulting firm.

The Mobley-Gentry Firm provides a wide range of services encompassing the needs of essentially anyone. These services include anything from periodic financial statement preparation to outsourced CFO duties. Much like their services, their clients cover quite a gamut of industries and sizes. Clients range from small non-profits and individual accounts to large multi-state corporations and anything within those boundaries.
